Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field

• Proven experience working as a computer technician or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, hardware and software

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ability to use a variety of software and computer languages, and to perform hardware repair or network

analysis

• Ability to handle stress, frustration, and complaints

• Computer repair technicians should also be able to work well with their hands, take initiative, and work well in a team
