Disabled Iphone

One of the issues with the iPhone is that it can get locked pretty easily. If you forgot your screen PIN code/Face ID/Touch ID, you may lock from the screen passcode; if you bought a second-hand iPhone, it may have the screen lock.

NOTE: if your phone has Apple id/ iCloud on we won't be able to unlock this.
